Domaine de l'Éclaircie is now a 4-star hotel

We are immensely proud to announce that Domaine de l'Éclaircie has officially been awarded 4-star hotel status.

Just a few months after the hotel opened, this award recognises the work of our entire team and the ambition that has driven us from day one: to offer every guest a peaceful, gentle and memorable escape in the heart of nature in Moselle.

A new chapter in our family story

It all began in 1963 with a small café on the edge of the forest in Lettenbach. It later became the Auberge de la Forêt, and for more than 60 years it welcomed generation after generation of families and guests.

Today, Alexandra and Hugo, the third generation, carry this story forward with Domaine de l'Éclaircie. For them, the 4-star rating is much more than an award. It shows that the hospitality and generosity handed down through the family have found their place in upscale hospitality.

The Domaine experience

24 rooms, three collections. Calice, Forêt and Belle Roche each offer their own way to experience the Domaine, from an elegant cocoon to rooms with a private loggia or terrace overlooking the valley. The hotel spans three floors in ochre, green and blue, and the light grows brighter the higher you go.

A wellness area designed as a breath of fresh air. A large jacuzzi pool, sauna, hammam, an open-air atrium and massage rooms help you let go of all tension, at the pace of the forest.

An acclaimed restaurant. The Auberge de la Forêt restaurant, recognised by the Michelin Guide and holding the Maître Restaurateur label, showcases the produce of Moselle through the seasons. The Cimes lounge bar completes the experience.
