The restaurant at Le Domaine de l’Éclaircie, known for over 60 years as Auberge de la Forêt,
continues to enhance the flavours of Moselle’s local produce with sincerity and creativity.
Nature plays a central role, with a menu that follows the rhythm of the seasons. Renewed throughout the year, it celebrates a diversity of flavours and colours while respecting the seasonality of each ingredient.
Our dishes combine the finest local specialities, including game from the surrounding forests, market-fresh fish and regional produce.
After a walk or a bike ride through our massive, enjoy a warm and welcoming moment at the Bar des Cimes. Food lovers can then indulge in a delicate dessert, whether tangy, chocolatey or crisp.
Our generous and refined cuisine is recognised by the Michelin Guide, with a distinction of 3 forks and 1 plate. The restaurant at Le Domaine de l’Éclaircie is also certified Maître Restaurateur and Qualité MOSL.

A Restaurant on the Edge of the Forest
The owners, Alexandra and Hugo, brother and sister, have taken over the gastronomic restaurant of Southern Moselle, passed down by their mother Nicole, while bringing it a contemporary touch.
The Galerie dining room, with its circular armchairs, natural light and large trees lining the glass façade, offers an intimate and refined atmosphere reminiscent of a chic brasserie.
The Cerf dining room, more private and cosy, invites guests to enjoy a special meal, as if in an elegant mountain chalet.
Finally, the contemporary dining room features generous open spaces overlooking the greenery and terrace, with architectural highlights including an Art Deco-style glass roof and a dressed stone tower, witnesses to family celebrations and able to accommodate up to 14 guests.
Lounge Bar near Sarrebourg & Private Event Evenings
Hotel guests, as well as outside visitors, are welcome to enjoy the Les Cimes lounge bar.
This new social space combines elegant simplicity with a relaxed atmosphere, offering the perfect setting to enjoy a snack or a drink in complete comfort.
Throughout the year, the restaurant hosts a variety of special event evenings.
Come and taste the house’s famous ribs, enjoy an oyster evening, or join us in summer for the lively garden party.
Opening Hours
Opening hours of the gastronomic restaurant at Le Domaine de l’Éclaircie:
- Friday, Saturday and Sunday: 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm (seasonal menus only on Sundays for lunch)
- Monday to Sunday: 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm
Opening hours of the Déjeuner des Cimes:
- From Tuesday to Friday: 12 pm to 1:30 pm in the form of an all-you-can-eat buffet for 35€
Opening hours of the Les Cimes Lounge bar:
- Monday from 6.00 pm to 10.00 pm. Tuesday to Sunday from 11.00 am to 10.00 pm
Pets are welcome at the restaurant, however they are not allowed in the hotel or the bar.
